Tuber Quality Guarantee
All tubers are sold as a single viable dahlia tuber with at least one visible eye or a confirmed sprout at
shipment. Because dahlias are a natural product, size and shape will vary. Cosmetic imperfections do not
affect viability.
Variety Accuracy
We take great care in labeling and dividing our tubers. However, occasional mislabeling can occur. If a
variety blooms differently than expected, please contact us with photos so we can make it right.
Shipping Information
Tubers are shipped in the spring once weather conditions are safe. Shipping timing is based on your region
to prevent freezing damage. Tracking information will be provided.
Weather Considerations
We are not responsible for damage caused by freezing temperatures, excessive heat, or packages left
unattended after delivery.
Growing Responsibility
Success with dahlias depends on proper planting, soil, watering, and care. We cannot guarantee
performance after planting but are always happy to offer guidance.
Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the perishable nature of dahlia tubers. If there is an issue upon arrival, please
contact us within 48 hours with photos.
